Miscellaneous

The Agreement is governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany without regard to its rules on conflict of laws or any rules that would result in the application of a different body of law. The Parties agree to submit disputes arising under this Agreement to a court of competent jurisdiction in the Federal Republic of Germany.
